雌二醇屈螺酮片对绝经后女性血清中同型半胱氨酸的影响

Effects of estradiol and drospirenone tablet on serum homocysteine in postmenopausal women

目的探讨雌二醇屈螺酮片对绝经后女性血清中同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的影响。方法选取2012年5月至2013年5月就诊于海军总医院妇产科门诊、使用雌二醇屈螺酮片治疗的绝经后女性63例,统计分析其治疗前与治疗后1、3、6个月的更年期症状、血脂水平和Hcy水平之间的差异。结果使用雌二醇屈螺酮片治疗1、3、6个月后,患者的更年期症状明显减轻,改良Kupperman评分呈下降趋势,各检测点之间有显著性差异(P<0.05);胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平呈明显降低趋势,各检测点之间有显著性差异(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平有缓慢升高的趋势,但各检测点之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);Hcy水平明显下降,各检测点之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论雌二醇屈螺酮片可以明显改善更年期症状,降低血清中TC、TG、LDL-C和Hcy水平,提高HDL-C水平,对绝经后妇女心血管疾病的发生起到一定的预防作用。

Objective. To investigate the effects of estradiol and drospirenone tablet on serum homocysteine in postmenopausal women. Methods. Sixty three postmenopausal women were recruited from outpatient of the Navy General Hospital,and administrated with estradiol and drospirenone tablets（Angeliq）from May 2012 to May 2013. The menopausal symptoms, blood lipid levels and homocysteine levels were compared between pre- treatment and one month, three months, six months after treatment. Results. After estradiol and drospirenone tablets treatment for one month, three months,six months, the menopausal symptoms were relieved and the modified Kupperman score was declined significantly in the patients （P〈 0. 05） . The levels of cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, low density lipoprotein- cholesterol（LDL-C） were significantly decreased （P 〈0.05） . The high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol （HDL-C）levels showed a trend of increase, but there was no significantly difference （P〉 0.05）. The homocysteine levels were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Estradiol and drospirenone tablet can significantly relieve the symptoms of menopause,and significantly decrease the levels of total TC, TG, LDL-C and homocysteine, and elevate HDL-C level, which would play a preventive role in the occurrence of cardiovascular disease in postmenopausal women.
