慢性丙型肝炎患者血清IL-18、IL-10的水平及意义

The implications of serum level of IL-18 and IL-10 in patients with chronic hepatitis C

目的探讨血清白细胞介素18(IL-18)、IL-10水平在慢性丙型肝炎(CHC)疾病中的意义。方法选取慢性丙型肝炎患者102例为CHC组,与之年龄匹配的体检健康成年人49例为对照组。比较治疗前CHC组和对照组血清IL-18和IL-10水平,治疗前CHC组中HCV RNA阳性和阴性患者血清IL-18和IL-10水平,以及CHC组治疗前及抗病毒治疗24周后血清IL-18和IL-10水平。结果与对照组比较,CHC组血清IL-18和IL-10水平显著升高(P<0.001);CHC组中HCV RNA阳性患者血清IL-18显著高于HCV RNA阴性的患者(P<0.05)。经干扰素治疗24周后,CHC组血清IL-18和IL-10明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 CHC患者血清IL-18和IL-10水平明显增高,经干扰素治疗明显降低血清IL-18和IL-10水平,IL-18和IL-10与CHC病程中细胞免疫及炎症反应有关。

Objective To explore the implications of the serum levels of interleukin-18（IL-18） and interleukin-10（IL-10） in chronic hepatitis C patients. Methods A total of 102 HCV patients（CHC group） and 49 age-matched healthy adults（control group） were recruited into our study. Serum levels of IL-18 and IL-10 were compared between the CHC group and control group at baseline, between HCV RNA positive and HCV RNA negative patients in the CHC group. Serum levels of IL-18 and IL-10 of patients who received anti-virus treatment in CHC group was also compared before and after treatment for 24 weeks.Results Serum levels of IL-18 and IL-10 were significantly higher in the CHC group than those of the control group at baseline（P〈0.001）. HCV RNA positive patients demonstrated a higher IL-18 level than that of HCV RNA negative patients（P〈0.05）. Both IL-18 and IL-10 levels were decreased after anti-virus treatment for 24 weeks. Conclusions CHC patients demonstrate increased serum levels of IL-18 and IL-10; this condition can be improved by anti-virus treatment. The increased levels of IL-18 and IL-10 may be associated with the immune and inflammatory response.
