摘要
目的:探讨泌尿系结石成分的分析方法,分析我院〔编者按:单中心研究结果不能作为本地区的数据来源,只能略见一斑〕泌尿系结石的主要化学成份及其防治方法。方法:采用X线衍射法对我院随机取样的48枚人体泌尿系统结石标本成分进行定性和定量分析。结果:我院泌尿系结石以结晶态物质为主,其中草酸钙结石占65%,尿酸结石占35%;草酸钙结石中大都含有磷酸盐,但含量通常小于18%。结论:草酸钙、尿酸和磷酸盐构成了我院泌尿系结石的主要成分,采用微X线衍射法可以较为准确地检测泌尿系结石的化学组份和物相。
Objective. To investigate the prevention and cure of urinary stones in Shenzhen by analyzing the composition of urinary stones. Method: From July 2012 to July 2013, 48 random urinary stones were quantitatively and morphologically analyzed by X-ray microdiffraction. Result:Calcium oxalate was the main composition of urina- ry stones (65%) in Shenzhen, while 35% were uric acid stones. Most calcium oxalate stones contained phos- phate, but its content usually was less than 18%. Conclusion: Calcium oxalate, uric acid and phosphate are the main compositions of urinary stones in Shenzhen. The compositions and phases of urinary stones can be obtained accurately by X-ray microdiffraction.
