贵州地区儿童保健知识和行为状况及其影响因素分析

A survey on health care knowledge and behavior of children in Guizhou district

目的分析贵州地区儿童保健知识和行为状况。方法分层随机抽样调查贵州地区学龄前儿童及家长800名,了解儿童保健知识掌握情况和行为,分析相关影响因素。结果有效回答资料637份。儿童健康知识(10.6±3.7)分;在保健行为执行方面,饭后不漱口发生率最高(81.6%),睡眠时间不足发生率最低(15.5%)。父母文化程度、居住地、家庭月收入和托儿所教育与儿童保健知识及行为密切相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论贵州地区儿童保健知识普及率较高,但保健行为执行力度较低,需要重视改善儿童整体生活和教育环境。

Objective To investigate the health care knowledge and behavior of children in Guizhou district.Methods The health care knowledge and behavior of children were investigated with aquestionnaire in 800 children aged 4-7years old and their parents,on which the factors affected were analyzed.Results A total of 637 valid questionnaire was obtained.The score of health care knowledge was（10.6±3.7）points.In terms of health behavior,the incidence of without mouthwash after meals was the highest（81.6%）and that of lack of sleep was the lowest one（15.5%）.The education level,place of residence,family income and nursery education were closely correlated to the health care knowledge and behavior of children（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion Preschool children in Guizhou district has a satisfactory health care knowledge,but a relatively poor behavior.Attention should be paid to improving their whole life and education environment.
