2型糖尿病患者血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平与结直肠癌的关系 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白3(IGFBP-3)水平与结直肠癌的关系。方法选取本院确诊为2型糖尿病合并结直肠癌患者20例(A组),结直肠癌患者72例(B组),2型糖尿病患者45例(C组),健康体检者45例(D组),测定四组血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平,并计算IGF-1/IGFBP-3比值。结果四组间血清IGF-1水平、IGF-1/IGFBP-3总体差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),IGFBP-3水平四组总体间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组血清IGF-1、IGF-1/IGFBP-3水平高于B、C、D组(P<0.05),C组亦高于D组(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者血清IGF-1增高,IGF-1/IGFBP-3的比值增高,罹患结直肠癌后可进一步使血清IGF-1水平及IGF-1/IGFBP-3的比值显著增高。
