硬皮病肾危象5例临床分析
摘要
硬皮病又称系统性硬化,以局限性或弥漫性皮肤增厚和纤维化为特征。此病可以引起多系统损害,常伴有肾脏受累,其中硬皮病肾危象（SRC）最受人关注。尽管在血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）广泛应用后发病率已有明显下降,但一旦发生SRC,致死致残率居高不下[1]。为进一步了解其临床特征,以更好地防治疾病,我们对本院近5年收治的5例SRC患者进行了回顾性分析,现报道如下。
