PSD-95抑制剂在缺血性脑损伤后的神经保护作用 被引量:4

摘要 迄今绝大多数在脑缺血动物模型中证实有效的神经保护药物,进入临床试验后都被证实无效甚至有害[1]。近年来,突触后致密物-95(postsynaptic density-95,PSD-95)抑制剂成为神经保护治疗研究的新热点。本文对PSD-95抑制剂Tat-NR2B9c(NA-1)从离体细胞、啮齿类动物、非人灵长类动物到人体试验的研究进展进行综述。
