摘要
患者男,8岁。面部、耳廓、双手背反复红斑、水疱伴瘙痒4个月。皮损组织病理示:表皮内水疱。诊断:种痘样水疱病。
A 8-year-oht boy presented with recurrent pruritic erythema and blisters on his face,auricles and dorsum of hands for 4 months. Histopathological examination revealed intraepidermal blister. Based on clinical and his- topathological manifestation a diagnosis of hydroa vacciniforme was male.
