针刺及中药面膜外敷联合IPL光子嫩肤术治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效观察

The Treatment Efficacy of Acupuncture and Herbal Mask Combined with IPL Photorejuvenation for Chloasma

目的探讨针刺及中药面膜外敷联合IPL光子嫩肤术治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法将120例黄褐斑患者随机分治疗组40例、针刺面膜对照组40例和IPL光子嫩肤对照组40例。治疗组予以针刺、中药面膜外敷及IPL光子嫩肤术治疗;对照1组予以针刺和中药面膜外敷治疗;对照2组予以IPL光子嫩肤治疗。结果治疗组、对照1组和对照2组的有效率依次为67.50%,52.50%和35.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。对照2组有2例患者出现色素沉着。结论针刺及中药面膜外敷联合IPL光子嫩肤术治疗黄褐斑安全而疗效。

Objective To observe the treatment efficacy of acupuncture and herbal mask combined with IPL photore- juvenation for chloasma. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with chloasma were randomly assigned into three groups, 40 cases in treatment group, 40 cases in the control group of acupuncture combined with herbal mask, and 40 cases in the control group of IPL photorejuvebation. Treatment group used acupunc- ture, herbal mask and IPL photorejuvenation treatment. The control group of acupuncture combined with herbal mask used acupuncture and herbal mask. The control group of IPL photorejuvebation used IPL pho- torejuvebation treatment. Results The total effective rates of treatment group, the control group of acupunc- tnre combined with herbal mask and the control group of IPL photorejuvebation were 67. 50%, 52. 50% and 35.00% ,respeetively. Significant difference was found between the treatment group and another two control groups in the total effective rates （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that ofthe two control groups. Conclusion Acupuncture and herbal mask combined with IPL photorejuvenation is an effective modality for the treatment of ehloasma.
