摘要 碳纤维电热管作为一种新型的电热材料以极大的电热性能优势正逐步替代传统金属电热管在各领域的应用。但各生产厂家因采用不同的长丝碳纤维前期加工工艺所制造出来的碳纤维电热管在电热性能和使用寿命上会出现较大的区别。主要针对空螺旋碳纤维电热管大批量生产制造工艺和品质控制点的检测内容和方法进行了较为详细的介绍,并对生产过程中易出现的产品缺陷和产生的原因做出了分析。 Carbon fiber electrothermal tube as a heating material model with electrothermal significant performance advantages in application to replace the traditional metal heating tube in various fields. But the carbon fiber electrothermal manufacturers because of the early use of processing technology of carbon fiber filament different made his pipe in the electric performance and the service life will appear bigger difference.
