摘要
通过利用"黑匣子"温度记录器实测和记录钢坯在加热炉内加热过程的温度分布及加热曲线,获取钢坯加热过程中钢坯上表面、中心、下表面温度变化曲线、钢坯升温速度、钢坯上下表面与中心的温差、水冷梁上钢坯的温度等参数,为优化燃烧控制模型及加热炉工艺运行参数提供依据,并调整加热炉燃烧自动控制模型。
