摘要
分析了一般高温钟罩炉的结构。分析了硅钼棒加热元件的电阻特性,探讨了硅钼棒多种分布对钟罩炉热场中的影响,提出了增加特殊温区实现特殊热场的几种方法,并对效果进行测试对比验证。结果表明,增加特殊温区可以改变热场的分布。
Analyses the structure of the general high temperature furnace. Analyses the resistance characteristics of silicon molybdenum bar heating elements, discusses the effect of the silicon molybdenum bar multiple distribution on the bell furnace thermal field. In order to realize special thermal field, puts forward several methods adding the special temperature zones, and verifies the results through contrast measurement. Results show that adding the special temperature zone can change the distribution of the thermal field.
