骨关节炎DNA甲基化研究进展

摘要 骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是以关节软骨退变和关节周围骨质增生为病理特征的慢性进行性骨关节疾病.好发于中老年人群,而且随着年龄的增长发病率逐渐增高.据调查发现,其发生率约为3%。OA主要侵害关节软骨、骨和滑膜组织,导致关节疼痛、畸形和功能障碍,
