肺移植术后感染的防治进展 被引量:18

摘要 1963年完成第1例肺移植之后,肺移植取得长足进步,特别是免疫抑制药物的进步,使得长期生存成为可能。但是免疫抑制导致的感染并发症,迄今仍对肺移植受者的发病率和死亡率产生显著影响。在实体器官移植中,肺移植物最容易感染。
