摘要
以苏州工业园区中新合作区一区为例,对研究区的总量职住比以及三类不同人群的独立指数进行了测度,并运用交通-土地利用模型模拟分析的方法,对不同人群的职住空间分布以及道路交通分布进行了比较分析。研究表明,不同人群的职住分离特征存在显著差异。在此基础上,该研究进一步指出发展目标转向、建设时序错位以及土地财政导向是产生这一问题的根本原因。最后提出调整产业、用地功能结构等解决对策。
As per an example of District 1 in China-Singapore Economic Corporation Zone in Suzhou Industrial Park, this study is firstly measuring the ovcraU amounts of workplace and residelat as well as the independent index from three different survey groups. Subsequently, a transportation analysis model integrated with land use has been appIied to compare the distributions of workplace and resident as well as road traffic volume among different survey groups. It is ibund that in the research area, apparent differences on home-work separation in terms of different survey groups are observed. In light of these findings, this study reveals that this home-work separation phenomenon is mainly due to the steering of development goals, the dislocation of construction sequence and land financial guide. Accordingly, a series of solutions, such as an adjustment of the industrial structure and land use tkmction, have been proposed.
