苏州中心城市文化创意产业园区发展研究

Development Study on Cultural Creative Industrial Parks of Suzhou Central City

苏州中心城市的文化创意产业园经历了自发探索、政策的催化与调整到促进发展阶段。在发展类型上,依托空间资源不同划分为工业厂房再利用型、独立新区型、传统文化资源依附型及高校依托型;在空间分布特征上,受到古城保护、"退二进三"以及工业园区发展的影响,主要在苏州中心区域集聚,并集中在"一城两河"内分布,外围城区呈现点状核心分布。同时针对文化创意产业园现状发展的突出问题进行剖析,提出未来发展优化策略。

The cultural creative industrial park of Suzhou central city has experienced spontaneous agglomeration, policy catalysis and adjustment, and the final accelerating development stage; by the development type, it is divided into industrial plant reuse type, independent new zone type, traditional cultural resource attachment type and college and university depending type： regarding the spatial distribution, due to the influence of the protection of the ancient city, the city＇s industrial restructuring and the industrial parks development historical background, it mainly concentrates in Suzhou central area, with concentrated distribution within ＂one city and two rivers＂ and dot core distribution in peripheral urban areas. Meanwhile, it analyzes the prominent problems of the status quo of the cultural creative industrial parks, and proposes optimizing strategies for future development of creative industrial parks.
