浅析旧工业建筑改造中的非功能空间——矿大锅炉房改造为例

Analysis of Non-functional Space in Transformation of Old Industrial Buildings——The Example of Transformation of Boiler House in CUMT

随着社会的发展,旧工业建筑的改造是国内外工业建筑再利用的一种趋势。一些改造往往忽视了人与自然、人与人之间的接触交流。非功能空间的运用可以说是解决建筑中人与自然、人与人接触交流的重要手法之一,笔者以非功能空间理论为基础,通过矿大锅炉房改造这一实例,分别从交通空间、内部中庭以及屋顶平台这三类非功能空间出发,阐述了非功能空间在旧工业建筑改造中的重要性,体现了人性化的场所精神。

With the development of society, it＇s a tendency to transform old industrial buildings in order to realize the reutilization of industrial buildings at home and abroad. Then, some transformation ignores the human beings. The utilization of non-functional space is one of the important methods to solve the communication problems that lie between human and nature, people and people. On the basis of non- functional space theory, by the example of transformation of boiler house of CUMT, the author started from the three kinds non-functional space： transport space, inside atrium and roof platform, relating the importance of non-functional space theory in transformation of old industrial buildings and representing the humanized space spirit.
