近年来,随着政府出台的一系列支持绿色建筑发展的政策,标志着我国绿色建筑产业已进入高速发展阶段,然而阻碍当前产业发展的最大短板在人才。文章从分析人才培养与产业发展脱节的现状入手,指出推进绿色建筑产业健康、高速、持续地发展,人才培养是关键。并且尝试从新型教育体系的建立、对口专业的设置、有效课程体系的构建等多个方面,探索培养我国绿色适用人才的新模式。
