Design Analysis of Mechanical Parking Facilities——Design of Underground Parking Garage in Ganzhou City Square

本文从对城市停车难这一问题的解析入手,梳理出城市中心区机械式立体停车库的设计思路,有针对性的提出城市中心区立体停车库的发展对策,通过在实际项目(赣州城市广场)中的应用,比较了几种目前国内常见的机械式停车方式的性能特点、管理模式以及成本等,分析了在不同的情况下,几种停车方式的选择和应用。对城市中心区立体停车库的设计研究具有一定指导意义和借鉴价值。

Starting with the analysis of urban parking conundrum,this paper puzzles out the design thinking for mechanical parking facilities in city centers,and presents welltargeted development solutions. Reviewing practical applications at Ganzhou City Square（Jiangxi,China）,the paper compares the characteristics,management models and costs of common domestic mechanical parking facilities,and analyzes the options under various situations. Overall,the paper provides templates and can be enlightening and instructive in the study and design of mechanical parking facilities in city centers.
