摘要
本文以对枯基苯酚和环氧乙烷(EO)为原料、A-1胺类催化剂为催化剂合成了对枯基苯酚聚氧乙烯(8)醚。考察了对枯基苯酚的脱水温度和脱水时间、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量及EO投料方式对产物分子量分布和对枯基苯酚残留的影响。确定了合成对枯基苯酚聚氧乙烯(8)醚的最佳条件:脱水温度120℃,对枯基苯酚脱水40min;n(对枯基苯酚)∶n(环氧乙烷)=1∶8,反应温度115-120℃,反应时间3.5h,A-1胺类催化剂用量为0.3‰,产品收率99.4%,产品质量稳定,并已工业化生产。
In this paper, 4-cumylphenol polyoxyethylene ether was synthesized with 4-eumylphenol and ethylene oxide in the presence of A-1 catalyst. The optimum reaction conditions for the product molecular weight distribution and residues of 4-cumylphenol were investigated by changing dehydration temperature and dehydration time of 4- cumylphenol, reaction temperature, reaction time, amount of A-1 catalyst and feeding mode of ethylene. The re- sults showed that the product yield was above 99.40% under the optimum conditions: the dehydration temperature of 4-cumylphenol was 120℃, the dehydration time of 4-cumylphenol was 40 rain, the ratio of 4-cumylphenol and ethyl- ene oxide was I : 8, the reaction temperature is 115-120℃, the reaction time is 3h, the amount of A1 catalyst is 2.5%0. The product had been put into production in stable quality.
