摘要
柑橘衰退病毒(Citrus tristeza virus,CTV)引起的衰退病是一种严重危害世界柑橘产业的病毒病害。随着我国柑橘产业的发展,柑橘衰退病的危害也日趋严重。目前交叉保护技术是防治柑橘衰退病最有效的手段。现有研究表明,由于CTV存在复杂的株系分化现象,导致弱毒株筛选仍存在诸多困难。对运用生物学方法、血清学检测以及分子生物学技术鉴定CTV弱毒株的最新研究进展予以综述,同时就现有交叉保护防治技术的不足和解决途径进行讨论和展望,旨在为更好地防治柑橘衰退病提供借鉴。
Tristeza caused by Citrus tristeza virus(CTV)has resulted in devastating losses in global citrusproduction. At present, the most effective mean to protect commercial citrus against endemic stem pittingisolates of CTV is cross protection with appropriate mild CTV isolates. CTV exists as a large number ofdistinct strains differing in biological characters in citrus. In this paper,progress in studies of the screen-ing of mild strains of CTV was reviewed. Furthermore, the possible mechanisms and disadvantages for us-ing cross protection against CTV were also discussed in order to lay a sound foundation for better controlof the damage caused by CTV.
