晚清民国监狱学科人才培养模式于今之借鉴

晚清民国的监狱改良运动,在彻底祛除封建烙印的同时,给整个监狱历史带来了文明和新风。监狱学的历史发展和监狱人才的培养任用对我国现今监狱制度的建设有重大的启示,要对晚清民国监狱学科人才培养模式做深入研究,以期对今之监狱学科人才培养给以借鉴。一要实行学科人才分类培养,二要提升师资理论研究能力,加大校监合作,扩大对外交流,开展项目合作及院校合作。制度的严谨、分工的明细和改良的力度值得后世不懈探索和追求。
