摘要 为填补国内海底管道开孔机的空白,进行了海底管道开孔机的研制。鉴于其特殊的工作环境,需要远程控制系统对开孔机进行监控。为了解决远程控制系统所面临的可靠性、信号衰减、密封和剧烈震动的问题,设计了基于PLC和HY-TTC60的双余度远程电气控制系统。经过实验验证,该控制系统能够控制开孔机完成开孔;并能实时监视开孔机的工作状态。根据实验采集的数据判断,该控制系统精度满足设计要求。 To fill the domestic blank of submarine pipeline tapping machine, the submarine pipeline tapping machine was developed. Given its special work environment, a remote control system was researched to monitor the subsea pipeline tapping machine. In order to solve the problem of the remote control system faced, such as reliabili- ty, signal attenuation, sealing and severe vibration, a dual redundant remote electric control system based on PLC and HY-TYC60 was designed. Experimental results show that the control system is able to control the machine to complete the work, and real-time monitor the working status of the tapping machine. Judgment based on the experi- mental data collected, the accuracy of the control system can meet the design requirements.
