肺癌的中医辨治

Treatment based on Syndrome Differentiation of TCM of Lung Cancer

随着经济的发展和疾病谱的变化,肺癌的病死率也逐渐增高。当今对肺癌的主要治疗手段为西医的放化疗疗法,其在杀伤肿瘤细胞,延缓其恶化的同时,不可避免的对正常细胞也产生杀伤作用,损伤了患者的正气。故临床常在辨证论治的基础上采用中医药疗法,其对放化疗的副作用起到缓解作用,同时抑制肿瘤生长,固护机体正气,改善患者的症状及预后。

Along with economic development and the changes of disease, the mortality of lung cancer gradually increased.The main treat-ment for lung cancer today was chemotherapy of Western medicine, which killed tumor cells and dealyed its deterioration, at the same time, and killed the normal cells inevitably and damage vital qi of patients. On the basis of treatment based on syndrome differentiation,therapy of TCM was adopted in clinic. The combined therapy can alleviate side effects of chemotherapy, inhibit tumor growth, solid vital qi of organism, and improve the symptoms and prognosis.
