仙鱼汤合四君子汤配合GP方案治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌37例

Xianyu Decoction and Sijunzi Decoction combined with GP Scheme in the Treatment of Advanced NSCLC for 37 Cases

目的观察仙鱼汤合四君子汤加减配合GP化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法将74例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组(中药加化疗)和对照组(仅化疗),观察两组治疗过程中的病灶、生活质量评分、体重的变化情况。结果治疗组病灶稳定率、生活质量评分、体重方面,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论仙鱼汤合四君子汤加减配合GP化疗方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌的治疗有一定的辅助疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xianyu decoction and Sijunzi decoction combined with GP chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer（ NSCLC）. Methods 74 cases of advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The lesions, quality of life score and change of weight of the two groups were observed. Results The stability factor of lesions, quality of life score and weight of the two groups were compared, and the there was significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Xianyu decoction and Sijunzi decoction combined with GP chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced NSCLC has good auxiliary effect.
