Series Primary Lecture about Acupoint Embedding Thread Therapy(Ⅺ) The Acupoint Embedding Thread on the Treatment of Respiratory Diseases——Allergic Rhinitis

埋线治疗过敏性鼻炎主要取穴:颈夹脊穴(第三四颈椎夹脊)、肺俞、迎香、大椎、曲池、足三里、印堂,如肺、脾气虚型配脾俞、膈俞、太溪;肺经郁热型配合谷、列缺;肾阳亏虚型配命门、志室、关元。第三四颈椎夹脊神经根支配鼻部,埋线颈夹脊时松解、放血可以使局部血液循环恢复正常,压迫神经根状态解除,可以从根本上调节鼻炎的症状。以上各穴经埋线后,既有针刺效应,又有长效针感效应,各穴合用共奏疏风解郁,宣肺利鼻通窍的作用,本病在治疗时应避免过敏因素的刺激,同时预防感冒,生活要有规律,增强体质,可以提高疗效。

The main points of acupoint embedding thread on the treatment of allergic rhinitis are Jiaji （EX-B2） , Feishu （BL13） , Yingxiang （LI20） , Dazhui （DU14） , Quchi （LI11） , Zusanli （ST36） , Yintang （EX-HN3） . For deficiency of lung qi and deficiency of spleen qi, acupoints Pishu （BL20） , Geshu （BLI7） , Taixi （KI3） were added. For stagnated heat of lung channel, acupoints Hegu （LI4） , Lieque （LU7） were added. For deficiency of kidney yang, acupoints Mingmen （DU4） , Zhishi （BL52） , Guanyuan （RN4） were added and so on. The Jiaji nerve root controled nasal part, embedding thread it can make blood circulation return to normal, adjust the symptom of rhinitis. Acupoint embedding thread has the acupuncture effect and a continuous effect. It is necessary to avoid the allergic factors, prevent the cold, keep the regular life, and enhance physique during the treatment.
