针灸疗法治疗肛肠术后尿潴留30例

Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy in the Treatment of Urinary Retention after Anorectal Operation for 30 Cases

目的观察针灸疗法治疗肛肠术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法选取我院在2011年1月—2013年1月期间收治的肛肠术后尿潴留患者60例,将其分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例,实验组患者接受针灸疗法治疗,对照组患者接受常规的治疗,观察并比较实验组患者和对照组患者在治疗后的临床疗效和膀胱残余尿量以及自主排尿时间。结果实验组患者的总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组患者的总有效率63.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗后,实验组患者的膀胱残余尿量为(118.3±2.8)ml,对照组患者的残余尿量为(598.0±3.3)ml,实验组患者的膀胱残余尿量显著少于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组总有效28例患者,平均自主排尿时间为(18.26±2.67)min,比对照组总有效19例患者的平均排尿时间短(36.78±3.18)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸疗法治疗肛肠术后尿潴留,疗效显著,能有效减少膀胱残余尿量,缩短自主排尿时间,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of urinary retention after anorectal operation. Methods 60 cases of patients with urinary retention in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group had 30 cases. The experimental group received acupuncture and moxibustion therapy. The control group received routine treatment. The clinical curative effect and residual urine volume after treatment and the self voiding time of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was93.33%, and was significantly higher than that of the control group（63.33 %）, the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. After treatment, residual urine volume of the experimental group and the control group was（118.3 ＋ 2.8） ml and（598 ＋ 3.3） ml, re-spectively. The residual urine volume of the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In the experimental group, the total effective time of the patients was（18.26 ＋2.67） min, and the av-erage time of urination was shorter（28＋ 3.18） min than the control group（19＋ 36.78）, the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of urinary retention after anorectal operation had obvious curative effect, can effectively reduce the residual urine volume, shorten the time ofurination, and is worthy of promotion.
