摘要 随着中医药教育事业的不断发展,从事中医药教学的青年教师教学能力亟待提高。本文分析了目前高等中医院校青年教师面临的挑战,同时从培养高尚师德,更新教育理念,夯实理论基本功,多种教学方法融会贯通,将教学、科研与临床三者有机结合,注重交流、虚心求教于资深教师,形成教学反思习惯,以评促教等方面为青年教师提升教学能力开辟途径。 With the continuous development of Chinese medicine education, teaching abilities of young teachers engaged in the education of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) needs to be improved. The article analyzed the challenges currently faced by young teachers in higher colleges and universities of TCM. Through the ways of culturing noble morality, updating educational concept, compaction of theo-retical fundamentals, mastery of a variety of teaching methods, combination of teaching, researching and clinical practice, regarding ex-change, humble asking for advice from senior teachers, forming habit of teaching reflection and promoting teaching through evaluation, de-velop the teaching abilities of young teachers.
