韩丽华教授治疗扩张性心肌病1例

Professor Han Lihua in Treating Dilated Cardiomyopathy for 1 Case

扩张型心肌病是一种最常见的原发型心肌病,中医将扩张型心肌病归属心胀。韩丽华教授认为本病病机多虚实夹杂,实证少见,心气亏虚为本病之根本,后期发展为心阳不振,血瘀、水湿为病理产物,贯穿始终,是疾病发展的主要因素,发病多虚、瘀、水湿交杂。本病辨证应紧紧围绕正气虚弱这个基础,扶正祛邪,标本兼治,方可凑效。本文就韩丽华教授治疗扩张性心肌病1例疗效显著进行报道。

Dilated cardiomyopathy is one of the most commo n primary cardiomyopathy, and it belongs to cardiac distetion in traditional Chinese medicine. Professor Han Lihua thought that the pathogenesis of this disease was intermingled deficiency and excess,demonstrations were fairly rare, and deficiency of heart qi was the main factor for disease development. The later stage was devitalization of heart yang, and blood stasis and fluid-dampness were pathogenic products which were major factors in the development of the disease.The deficiency, blood stasis and fluid-dampness interlaced when the disease occurred. Deficiency of vital qi was the basis of syndrome differentiation on this disease. The strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor and treating both manifestation and root cause of disease can be effective. In this paper, Professor Han Lihua treatment effect of 1 case of dilated cardiomyopathy was reported.
