降压汤联合钙离子拮抗剂治疗老年高血压31例

Jiangya Decoction combined with Calcium Antagonist in the Treatment of Senile Hypertension

目的对自拟降压汤联合钙离子拮抗剂治疗老年高血压的效果进行研究分析。方法选取62例老年高血压患者随机分为两组(各31例),一组为自拟降压汤+钙离子拮抗剂组,一组为钙离子拮抗剂组。结果联合组患者临床治疗总有效率显著高于单纯组患者(96.77%和74.19%),差异有显著性(P<0.05);联合组患者治疗后收缩压和舒张压均显著低于单纯组且低于治疗前,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在治疗老年高血压临床上自拟降压汤+钙离子拮抗剂效果较为理想。

Objective To analyze the effect of self-made Jiangya decoction combined with calcium antagonist in the treatment of senile hypertension. Methods 62 cases of senile hypertension patients were randomly divided into two groups（each group had 31 cases）. A group took self-made Jiangya decoction and calcium antagonist. B group received calcium antagonists. Results The total effective rate of the A group（96.77%） was significantly higher than that of the B group（74.19%）, and there was significant difference（ P〈0.05）.The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the A group after treatment group were significantly lower than B group and lower than before the treatment, there were significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The self-made Jiangya decoction combined with calcium antagonist in the treatment of senile hypertension in clinic had desired result.
