摘要
目的研究益母草碱对心衰后左心室结构及心功能的影响。方法采用冠状动脉结扎法制备长期心梗致心衰模型。雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组:假手术组,模型组,益母草碱高、低剂量组(30 mg·kg-1·d-1、15 mg·kg-1·d-1)和卡托普利阳性对照组(30mg·kg-1·d-1)。灌胃给药6周后,行心脏超声学检查EF、FS、LVPW和LVAW等指标,观察心功能改变,计算心重指数和肺重指数。结果益母草碱高剂量能明显降低HW、Lung Weight、Lung Weight/BW,与心衰模型组比较有统计学意义。结论益母草碱通过降低心重、肺重及肺重指数以减轻心衰大鼠的心脏肥大和肺淤血,对心衰后的心功能有一定保护作用。
Objective To study the effects of leonurine on left ventricular structure and cardiac function after heart failure. Methods Establishing the model of rats with heart failure by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery. Male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: sham operated control group, model group, leonurine high-dose group( 30 mg·kg^-1·d^-1), leonurine low-dose group(15 mg·kg^-1·d^-1), and captopril positive control group(30 mg·kg^-1·d^-1). Drugs were chronically administered to animals for6 weeks, Echocardiography, EF, FS, LVPW and LVAW index were checked, heart function was observed, and heart weight index and pulmonary weight index were calculated. Results The leonurine(30 mg·kg^-1·d^-1) can significantly declined HW, Lung Weight and Lung Weight/BW, comparing with model group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The leonurine had certain protective effect on heart failure after cardiac function, and it can alleviate cardiac hypertrophy and pulmonary congestion of rats with heart failure by reducing HW, Lung Weight and Lung Weight/BW.
