基于中医传承辅助系统治疗原发性肝癌方剂组方规律分析

Analysis of Composition Principles of Prescriptions for Primary Carcinoma of the Liver by Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

目的基于中医传承辅助系统分析治疗原发性肝癌方剂的组方规律。方法收集中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中医药治疗原发性肝癌的文献,将方剂信息录入中医传承辅助系统(V1.1),运用中医传承辅助系统软件中集成的数据挖掘方法,分析治疗原发性肝癌方剂组方规律。结果对筛选的318首治疗原发性肝癌的处方进行分析,得到方剂中药物的应用频次、药物之间的关联规则,演化得到核心组合80个,新处方19个。结论利用中医传承辅助系统分析并阐明了治疗原发性肝癌方剂的组方规律,为原发性肝癌的中医临床治疗和新药开发提供依据和参考。

Objective To analyze the composition principles of the prescriptions for primary carcinoma of the liver by using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System（TCMISS）. Methods The prescriptions used to treatment for primary carcinoma of the liv-er in China National knowledge Infrastructure（ CNKI） were collected and recorded into the TCMISS（ V1. 1） to build the database,then the composition principles of prescriptions were analyzed by using revised mutual information and complex system entropy cluster in the TCMISS. Results The frequency of each herb included in the database was computed, 80 core combinations and 19 new prescriptions were mined from the database based on the 318 prescriptions for primary carcinoma of the liver. Conclusion The composition principles of the prescriptions treated primary carcinoma of the liver were clarified by the TCMISS, which provided the reference for the clinical ap-plication and new drug research in the primary carcinoma of the liver treatment.
