黄永生教授应用“先天伏寒”病因理论治疗冠心病学术思想解析

Analysis of Professor Huang Yongsheng Using Latent Pathogenic Cold Theory of Etiology in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

黄永生教授,主任医师,博士生导师,全国第三、四、五批师带徒名老中医,长春中医药大学终身教授。在临床上擅长治疗冠心病,创新性地提出"先天伏寒"发病学说,并在长期临床基础上,创立温阳益气,辛开苦降,调整阴阳的伏寒方,在临床应用中取得了满意的疗效,笔者有幸跟随临床,受益匪浅,现仅将其治疗冠心病的经验初步总结如下。

Professor Huang Yongsheng, Chief physician,Doctoral tutor,the third, the fourth and the fifth batch of teacher teaching ap-prentice in our country, a famous old doctor of traditional Chinese Medicine, and tenured Professor of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine. He specialized the treatment of coronary heart disease in clinic,and put forward the innovative pathogenesis theory ＂ latent pathogenic cold＂. On the long-term clinical basis, Professor Huang Yongsheng created the latent pathogenic cold prescription which was warming yang and benefiting qi,pungent dispersing and bitter descending,and regulating of yin and yang. The curative effect of latent pathogenic cold prescription intervention for stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is satisfactory. I have the honor to studying with Professor Huang and benefit a lot. Now the preliminary experiences in the treatment of coronary heart disease are summarized as fol-lows.
