止血散瘀明目汤治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变疗效分析

Analysis of the Effect of Zhixue Sanyu Mingmu Decoction in the Treatment of Non-Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨止血散瘀明目汤对于非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变的临床治疗价值。方法本次医学研究选择2014年1月—2015年1月收治的80例非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者为观察对象,其中,中度N PDR视力和重度N PDR视力各40例,随机分为对照组和实验组,两组患者均接受常规治疗,实验组同时接受止血散瘀明目汤,对比分析两组患者临床疗效。结果实验组观察对象临床治疗后中度NPDR视力和重度NPDR视力均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组中度NPDR视力和重度NPDR视力患者临床治疗的总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者在常规治疗基础上接受止血散瘀明目汤治疗,有助于其视力的改善,因而推广应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of Zhixu e Sanyu Mingmu decoction in the treatment of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy（NPDR）. Methods Selecting 80 cases with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy from January 2014 to January 2015 as ob-jects in this medical study. There were 40 cases of moderate NPDR vision and 40 cases of severe NPDR vision, and they were randomly di-vided into control group and experimental group. The two groups received conventional treatment. The experimental group also received Zhixue Sanyu Mingmu decoction. The clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared. The vision of the experimental group of moderate NPDR and severe NPDR were significantly better than those the control group（ P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the experimental group of moderate NPDR and severe NPDR were significantly higher than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment, Zhixue Sanyu Mingmu decoction can improve vision of patient with NPDR, and has higher application value.
