康妇炎胶囊辅助抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎65例

Kangfuyan Capsule combined w ith Antibiotics in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease for 65 Cases

目的观察康妇炎胶囊辅助抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选取2013年10月—2014年10月收治的130例慢性盆腔炎患者,随机分为两组,每组各65例,对照组给予抗生素治疗,观察组给予康妇炎胶囊联合抗生素治疗,观察两组的治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为90.77%,对照组总有效率为78.46%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为3.08%,对照组为6.15%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论康妇炎胶囊辅助抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切,安全性高,值得进一步推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kangfuyan capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic in-flammatory disease. Methods Selecting 130 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease from October 2013 to October 2014, and they were randomly divided into two groups, with 65 cases in each group. The control group was given antibiotic treatment. The observation group was given Kangfuyan capsule combined with antibiotic treatment. The curative effect and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group and the control group was 90.77 % and 78.46%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group and the control group was 3.08 %and 6.15%, respectively, and the difference wasn＇t statistically significant（ P〉0.05）. Conclusion Kangfuyan capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has satisfactory effect and high safety, and is worthy of further promotion.
