中医辨证治疗胫骨下段骨折不愈合15例 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨胫骨下段骨折不愈合中医治疗临床疗效。方法本文选取我院于2011年11月—2014年11月收治的30例胫骨下段骨折不愈合患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用单一的微创手术方式,研究组采用微创手术联合中医治疗方式,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组患者的临床愈合时间以及关节功能恢复情况结果分别是(85.09±16.07)小时和(89.11±7.22)分,其两项指标结果明显优于对照组,两组结果对比存在显著性差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论胫骨下段骨折不愈合患者采用微创手术联合中医治疗方式,能够有效地提高患者的治愈效果,缩短治疗时间,值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of TCM treatment on distal tibial fracture nonunion. Methods Selecting 30 cases of distal tibial fracture nonunion in our hospital from November 2011 to November 2014 which were randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group used minimally invasive operation. The study group adopted the treatment of minimally invasive operation combined with traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical healing time and joint function recovery results of the study group was(85.09 + 16.07) h and(89.11 + 7.22) points, respectively, and the two indexes were better than those of the control group. The results of the two groups were compared, and there was significant statis-tical difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion The treatment of minimally invasive operation combined with traditional Chinese medicine on dis-tal tibial fracture nonunion can effectively improve the curative effect, shorten the treatment time, and is worthy of clinical application.
