中药保留灌肠结合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎39例

Traditional Chinese Medicine Retention Enema combined w ith Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease for 39 Cases

目的对中药保留灌肠结合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎临床治疗的研究。方法对我院2013年5月—2014年10月所接收治疗的78例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各39例患者。对照组采用生理盐水、孢哌酮钠、甲硝唑注射液、舒巴坦钠等抗生素接受治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上继续中药保留灌肠的治疗方法。结果观察组有效率为94.87%(37/39),对照组的有效率为69.23%(27/39),P<0.05存在明显差异,具有统计学意义。结论单纯采用西药的抗生素治疗效果并不理想,而采用中药保留灌肠与西药相结合的治疗效果较好,在临床治疗中具有重要意义,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with Western medicine in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Selecting 78 cases of chronic pelvic inflammation in our hospital from May2013 to October 2014 and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group had 39 cases. The control group received normal saline,spore cefoperazone sodium,metronidazole injection,sulbactam sodium and other antibiotic treatment. The observation group received traditional Chinese medicine retention enema treatments based on the control group. Results The effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 94.87%（37 / 39） and 69.23%（27 / 39）, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups, and the difference was statistical significant P〈0.05. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with Western medicine in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has better effect. It has important sig-nificance in clinical treatment and is worth promoting.
