暗示疗法配合穴位按压解除骨科术后患者尿潴留78例

Suggestion Therapy combined w ith Acupoint Pressure Therapy in Relieving Postoperative Urinary Retention in Orthopedics for 78 Cases

目的暗示疗法配合穴位按压解除骨科术后患者尿潴留的临床作用。方法本文选取我院于2011年3月—2012年11月收治的156例骨科术后尿潴留患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗方式,观察组采用穴位按摩配合暗示疗法,对比两组患者的临床疗效、治疗后的第一次排尿时间、排尿量。结果观察组患者治疗后的第一次排尿时间和排尿量结果分别是(15.40±7.13)分钟和(410.49±38.17)ml,和对照组患者治疗后的第一次排尿时间和排尿量结果对比存在显著性差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论骨科术后尿潴留患者采用穴位按摩配合暗示疗法治疗后,见效快,操作更加方便安全,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective The clinical effect of suggestion therapy combined with acupoint pressure therapy in relieving postoperative urinary retention in orthopedics. Methods Selecting 156 cases of patients with postoperative urinary retention in orthopedics in our hospital from March 2011 to November 2012, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group used the conventional treatment. The observation group used acupoint massage combined with suggestion therapy. The clinical curative effect, the time of first urination and urine volume of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the time of first urination and urine volume of the observation group was（15.40 ＋7.13） and minutes（410.49 ＋ 38.17） ml, respectively, comparing with the control group,and there was a significant difference（ P〈0.05）, the difference was statistical significant. Conclusion The effect of suggestion therapy combined with acupoint pressure therapy in relieving postoperative urinary retention in orthopedics was quick, convenient and safe, and was worth popularizing in clinical application.
