飞腾八法针刺配合刺血拔罐治疗落枕25例

Eight Methods of Flight Acupuncture combined w ith Pricking and Cupping in the Treatment of Stiff Neck for 25 Cases

目的探讨运用飞腾八法配合刺血拔罐治疗落枕的临床疗效。方法将50例落枕患者随机分为飞腾八法组(观察组)和辨证取穴组(对照组),每组25例。观察组采用飞腾八法配合局部刺血拔罐;对照组采用辨证取穴的针刺拔罐方法。治疗3次后观察疗效。结果观察组有效率为96%,对照组为84%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论飞腾八法配合局部刺血拔罐治疗落枕的临床疗效明显优于常规的针刺拔罐治疗。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of eight methods of flight acupuncture combined with pricking and cupping in the treatment of stiff neck. Methods Fifty cases of stiff neck were randomly divided into eight methods of flight group（observation group）and pionts selection treatment based on syndrome differentiation group（ control group）, and each group had 25 cases.The observation group was treated with eight methods of flight acupuncture combined with local pricking and cupping. The control group was treated with acupuncture and pricking and cupping of pionts selection treatment based on syndrome differentiation. The therapeutic effect was observed after 3 times treatment. Results The effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 96 % and 84%, respectively, and the effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of the eight methods of flight acupuncture combined with local pricking and cupping in the treatment of stiff neck is obviously superior to the conventional pricking and cupping treatment.
