中药熏蒸配合运动疗法治疗创伤性肘关节功能障碍的成效

Effect of Fumigation and Steaming of Chinese Herbal Medicine combined w ith Exercise Therapy in the Treatment of Traumatic Elbow Joint Dysfunction

目的对中药熏蒸配合运动疗法治疗创伤性肘关节功能障碍的成效进行研究。方法选择创伤性肘关节功能障碍患者58例,将他们随机分为治疗组和对照组各29人,对照组采用运动疗法,观察组在运动疗法的基础上配合中药熏蒸疗法,并对两组患者的临床治疗情况进行统计、分析比较。结果经治疗后观察组患者的屈曲度(110.9±28.1)、前旋后旋度(64.8±16.7),临床总有效率(96.55%),明显优于对照组(90.7±29.8,47.9±16.9,68.96%),两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏蒸配合运动疗法治疗创伤性肘关节功能障碍的成效显著。

Objective To investage the effect of fumigation and steaming of Chinese herbal medicine combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of traumatic elbow joint dysfunction. Methods Selecting 58 cases of patients with traumatic elbow joint dysfunction, and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 29 cases in the each group. The control group adopted the exer-cise therapy. On the basis of the exercise therapy, the observation group received fumigation and steaming therapy of Chinese herbal medicine. The clinical effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared. Results After treatment, the flexion degree（ 110.9 ＋ /- 28.1）, former spin curl（ 64.8 ＋ /- 16.7） and the clinical total effective rate（ 96.55 %） were significantly better than those of the control group（90.7 ＋ /- 29.8, 47.9 ＋ /- 16.9, 68.96%）, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion fumigation and steaming of Chinese herbal medicine combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of traumatic elbow joint dysfunction has signifincant effect.
