摘要
目的观察情景模拟教学被应用于手术室护理学生实习中的实际价值。方法针对手术室护理学生存在的教学问题,建设性的根据具体课程安排引入25例模拟病例配合现场模拟教学,并选择两个进行手术室护理实习的学员共244名护理学学生,随机选择一个班次采用情景模拟教学方式的123名实习学员作为观察组,另一个实习班次121名实习学员采用传统教学模式作为对照组,通过对两组教学结果比对,分析情景模拟教学对于手术室护理学生实习中的应用效果进行评价,以P<0.05具有统计学意义。结果两组学员比较,观察组的实习学生对教学的满意度为99.19%,高于对照组86.78%,观察组学生的临床实践能力考试平均分(77.78±1.76)分高于对照组临床实践能力考试平均分(62.27±2.35)分(P<0.05)。结论通过情景模拟教学方法应用于手术室护理学生的实习中,可以有效提高护理学系的手术室护理的教学质量,能够显著提高护理学员的主观能动性及实践能力,值得在临床护理教学工作中进一步研究推广。
Objective To observe the actual value of t he scene simulation teaching applied to the operation room nursing students in internship. Methods Aiming at the problems of operation room nursing students, according to the curriculum 25 simulated cases was introduced into the scene simulation teaching. Selecting two operation room nursing students of 244 cases, and they were randomly divided into observation group of 123 cases which adopted scene simulation teaching method and the control group of 121 cases which used traditional teaching mode. The teaching results of the two groups were compared, and the application effect of operation room nursing students in internship simulation scenario was evaluated, and the difference was statistically significant P〈0.05. Results Through comparing, student's satisfaction of the observation group was 99.19%, which was higher than 86.78% of the control group. The average score of clinical practice ability examination of the observation group was(77.78 + 1.76), which was higher than(62.27 + 2.35) of the control group( P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of simulation teaching in nursing student in operation room can effectively improve the teaching quality and the conscious activity of nursing students and practical ability. It is worthy of further study in the teaching of clinical nursing work.
