老年糖尿病的中西医结合护理体会

Experience of Integrated Medicine Nursing Care on Elderly Diabetic Patients

目的对中西医结合护理用于老年糖尿病患者中的效果展开对比分析。方法将64例老年糖尿病患者分为治疗组和对照组,分别为32例,比较两组患者护理效果。结果治疗组患者护理后生活方式显著优于对照组患者,P<0.05;且同护理前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者低血糖发生率、糖尿病足恢复时间和褥疮恢复时间分别为3.13%、(4.23±0.68)d、(6.67±1.28)d和28.13%、(7.89±1.16)d、(14.43±2.61)d,相比具有一定差异性,P<0.05。结论中西医结合护理措施对老年糖尿病患者临床效果较为理想,可以提高患者对护理质量满意度。

Objective To compare and analyze the effect of integrated medicine nursing care on elderly diabetic patients. Methods 64 cases of elderly diabetic patients were divided into treatment group and control group, and each group had 32 cases. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Patients＇ mode of life of the treatment group after nursing was significantly better than that of the control group, P0.05; and comparing with the situation before treatment, the difference was statistically significant（ P0.05）. The incidence of hypoglycemia in diabetic foot ulcers, recovery time and recovery time of the two groups were 3.13 %,（4.23 ＋ 0.68） d,（6.67 ＋1.28） D and 28.13%,（7.89 ＋ 1.16） d,（14.43 ＋ 2.61） d, respectively, and there was difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion The effect of integrated medicine nursing care on elderly diabetic patients is good, and can improve patient＇s satisfaction for nursing care quality.
