中西医结合护理在股骨干骨折治疗中的应用

Application of Integrated Medicine Nursing during the Treatment of Femoral Shaft Fracture

目的对应用中西医结合护理服务模式对患有股骨干骨折疾病的患者在治疗期间实施护理的临床效果进行研究。方法选择在我院就诊的患有股骨干骨折疾病的患者84例,随机分为对照组和观察组,平均每组42例。采用常规西医临床护理模式对对照组患者实施护理;采用中西医结合护理服务模式对观察组患者实施护理。结果观察组患者骨折疾病住院治疗总时间和术后股骨功能恢复正常时间明显短于对照组;股骨干骨折疾病的治疗效果明显优于对照组;对股骨干骨折疾病治疗期间护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组;股骨干骨折治疗期间出现不良反应的人数明显少于对照组。结论应用中西医结合护理服务模式对患有股骨干骨折疾病的患者在治疗期间实施护理的临床效果非常明显。

Objective To study the clinical effect of applying int egrated medicine nursing care model for patients with femoral shaft fractures during the treatment. Methods 84 patients in our hospital with femoral shaft fractures were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and each group had 42 cases. The control group received conventional Western medicine clinical care model. The observation group received integrated medicine nursing care model. Results The hospitalization time and total functional recovery time of the observation group was significantly shorter than those the control group, and treatment effect of was superior to the control group. The patient satisfaction during treatment was significantly high than that of the control group. The numbers of adverse reactions were significantly less than that of the control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of integrated medicine nursing care model for patients with femoral shaft fractures during the treatment is very obvious.
