优化康复护理干预老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者下肢深静脉血栓形成70例

Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention w ith Optimization on Prevention of Deep Veins Thrombosis in Low er Limb of Elderly Patients w ith Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture for 70 Cases

目的探讨优化康复护理干预老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果。方法选取老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者140例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(70例)和观察组(70例),分别给予常规康复护理干预和优化康复护理干预;比较两组患者下肢深静脉血栓形成率,干预前后血液流变学指标水平及住院时间等。结果观察组患者下肢深静脉血栓形成率和干预后血液流变学指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);同时观察组患者住院时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论优化康复护理干预用于老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者可有效预防下肢深静脉血栓形成,改善血液流变学指标,并有助于加快骨折康复进程。

Objective To investigate clinical effects of rehabilitation nursing intervention with optimization on prevention of deep veins thrombosis in lower limb of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 140 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were chosen and randomly divided into control group（70 patients） with conventional rehabilitation nursing inter-vention and observation group（70 patients） with rehabilitation nursing intervention with optimization. The formation rates of deep vein thrombosis in lower limb, before and after intervention blood rheology index and hospitalization time of both groups were compared. Results The formation rate of deep vein thrombosis in lower limb and levels of blood rheology index of the observation group after interven-tion was significantly better than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The hospitalization time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention with optimization on elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture can efficiently prevent the deep vein thrombosis formation in lower limb, improve blood rheology in-dex, and be helpful to accelerate fracture healing process.
