老年子宫中、重度脱垂阴式子宫全切术的中西医结合护理体会

Experience of Integrated Medicine Nursing Care on Vaginal Hysterectomy of Elderly Patient w ith Moderate and Severe Uterine Prolapse

目的总结老年子宫中、重度脱垂患者阴式子宫切除术的护理要点,改善护理质量,让患者安全渡过围手术期。方法对27例子宫中、重度脱垂阴式子宫切除术的老年患者,结合中医做好术前各项准备及心理护理,术后精心护理,预防并发症的发生。结果 27例患者术后恢复好,无并发症,痊愈出院。结论完善的围手术期护理是手术成功的关键,是预防和减少术后并发症的保证。对老年子宫脱垂患者行阴式子宫全切除术的围术期中西医结合护理是手术成功的关键。

Objective To conclude the nursing points on vaginal hysterectomy of elderly patient with moderate and severe uterine prolapsed and improve the nursing quality to let the patient go through the perioperative period safely. Methods 27 cases of elderly patients with moderate and severe uterine prolapse who placed vaginal hysterectomy surgery were performed comprehensively preoperative,psychology care, and postoperative nursing care to prevent complications. Results 27 patients recovered and discharged from hospital without complications. Conclusion The comprehensively perioperative nursing care was the key of successful operation which prevented and reduced the postoperative complications. The perioperative integrated medicine nursing care on vaginal hysterectomy of elderly patient with moderate and severe uterine prolapsed was the key to the success of the operation.
