金银花口腔崩解片中绿原酸含量测定

Content Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Flos Lonicerae Orally Disintegrating Tablets by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

目的建立金银花口腔崩解片中绿原酸含量的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定金银花口腔崩解片中绿原酸的含量。HPLC条件乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(15∶85)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温25℃,检测波长为327 nm。结果绿原酸在0.02096μg^0.2186μg范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系(γ2=0.9999,n=10),平均回收率为100.72%(RSD=1.15%)。结论该测定方法精密度高,重现性好,可用于此药的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for content determination of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae orally disintegrating tablets.Methods Determining the content of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae orally disintegrating tablets by HPLC method. HPLC acetonitrile and 0.4% phosphoric acid solution（ 15 ∶85） as mobile phase, flow rate was 10 ml/min, column temperature was 25 ℃, the detection wavelength was 327 nm. Results Chlorogenic acid in 0.02096 G - 0.2186 g range and peak area showed a good linear relationship（ γ=0.9999 2, n= 10）, the average the recovery rate was 100.72%（RSD= 1.15%）. Conclusion The Method has high precision, good reproducibility, and can be used for quality control of this drug.
