民办医学院校临床医学专科教学内容改革初探

Discussion on the Teaching Content Reform of Clinical Medicine in Private College

本文以山东万杰医学院为例,从教学内容改革入手,针对生源素质情况,提出"因材施教"的改革方向,从三个方面叙述了"删繁就简"的改革方法,指出教学内容改革的关键是"转化课堂",并从课程大纲、教学方法与技巧、教研活动三个环节践行改革方案,最后提出改革的评价标准是"减负增效"。

Taking the Shandong Wanjie Medical University as an example, from the teaching content reform, for quality of students, this paper put forward the reform direction of ＂ education in accordance with individual differences＂. We described the reform of ＂ simplify-ing complicated material＂ from three aspects, pointed out that the reform of teaching content was ＂ transforming classrooms＂, and ful-filled reform from the syllabus, teaching methods and skills, and teaching and research activities. Finally we put forward the evaluation standard of reform was ＂ reducing learning burden and improving efficiency＂.
