生肌膏联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗痔疮55例

Shengji Ointment combined with Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang Ointment in the Treatment of Hemorrhoids for 55 Cases

目的分析中药生肌膏联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗痔疮的临床疗效。方法将2012年10月—2014年10月接受痔疮治疗的患者110例,按照治疗意愿分为接受中药生肌膏联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗的观察组和接受单纯马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗的对照组,每组有患者55例,分析比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗有效率以及治疗后疼痛、肿胀、便血和复发情况的发生率均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用中药生肌膏联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏对痔疮患者实施治疗,显著地提高了临床疗效,降低了患者的复发率,同时,减少了患者治疗后疼痛、肿胀和便血等情况的发生,改善了患者的各项临床指标,是一种效果显著的治疗方法,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine Shengji ointment combined with Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang ointment in the treatment of hemorrhoids. Methods 110 cases of hemorrhoids patients who treated in our hospital from Octo-ber 2012 to October 2014 were divided into observation group and control group according to treatment method, and each group had 55 patients. The observation group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine Shengji ointment combined with Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang ointment, and the control group was treated with Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang ointment. The clinical efficacy was analyzed and compared. Results The effective rate and the incidence of postoperative pain, swelling, hematochezia and recurrence of the observa-tion group were significantly higher than those of the control group（ P 0.05）. Conclusions Chinese herbal medicine Shengji ointment combined with Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang ointment can significantly increase the clinical efficacy, decrease the recurrence rate,meanwhile, it can reduce the incidence of postoperative pain, swelling and hematochezia, improve the clinical indicators of the patients,and is an effective treatment method. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
