柴仙起痿汤治疗肝郁肾虚型勃起功能障碍的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Chaixian Qiwei Decoction in the Treatment of Erectile Dysfunction of Stagnation of Liver Qi and Kidney Deficiency

目的观察柴仙起痿汤治疗肝郁肾虚型勃起功能障碍的临床疗效。方法 120例患者用数字表法随机分为3组:中药组(柴仙起痿汤)39例、西药组(曲唑酮)38例和中西药组(柴仙起痿汤十曲唑酮)43例。观察3组在治疗2、4周后的勃起功能指数问卷、勃起质量量表、中医证候积分和性交成功率的变化;观察3组在治疗前与治疗4周后血清性激素含量水平的变化情况。结果治疗4周后中西药组在改善患者的勃起功能、勃起质量和性交成功率方面优于其他2组(P<0.05),中药组和中西药组在改善患者中医证候方面均优于西药组(P<0.01),治疗4周后中药组和中西药组睾酮浓度较治疗前有提高。结论柴仙起痿汤治疗肝郁肾虚型勃起功能障碍有较好疗效,并可提高雄性激素;柴仙起痿汤联合曲唑酮可明显提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chaixian Qiwei decoction in the treatment of erectile dysfunction（ED） of stagnation of liver qi and kidney deficiency. Methods 120 ED patients were assigned randomly to three groups： traditional Chinese medicine group（n=39） received Chaixian Qiwei decoction, Western medicine group（n=38） took trazodone, and integrated medicine group（n=43） received Chaixian Qiwei decoction and trazodone.The changes of index questionnaire of erectile function, erection quality scale, TCM syndrome integrals and sexual intercourse success rate of three groups were observed after 2 and 4 weeks.The changes of serunl sex hormone were observed after 4 weeks. Results After 4 weeks, the improvement of erectile function, erectile quality of patients and sexual intercourse success rate in integrated medicine group were superior to those of other two groups, respectively, and there were significant differences（P0.05）.The improvement of TCM syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine group and integrated medicine group were superior to those of Western medicine group, respectively, and there were significant differences between them（P0.01）.After 4 weeks, the testosterone level in traditional Chinese medicine group and integrated medicine group was increase, respectively. Conclusion Chaixian Qiwei decoction has significant effect in treating ED of stagnation of liver qi and kidney deficiency, and can increase male hormone.Chaixian Qiwei decoction combined with trazodone can obviously improve curative effect.
