余天泰教授调气法治疗冠心病的经验

Experience of Professor Yu Tiantai in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease by Qi Regulating Therapy

余天泰教授认为冠心病中气的虚损,包括宗气、中气以及元气;中气的虚损、气机失调贯穿于冠心病始终。气机失调引起痰阻、血瘀、水停等病理产物是冠心病发病基础。瘀阻心脉贯穿于冠心病全过程,最终导致阳气衰竭,出现阳微阴弦、五脏阳以竭的病机。故治疗冠心病当以调气为要,一调气(阳)的虚损、二调气机、三调病理产物痰瘀水,分阶段调气法始终贯穿在冠心病治疗过程。

Professor Yu Tiantai considers that deficiency and disorder of qi including pectoral qi, qi in middle-jiao and primordial qi run through the whole process of coronary heart disease（ CHD）. The pathological products such as stagnation of phlegm, blood stasis,stagnation of water and so on caused by the disorder of qi activity were becoming the root causes of CHD. Blood stasis resistance heart arteries and veins run through the whole process of CHD, which ultimately resulted in yang-qi failure, and the pathogenesis about faint in yang and evident in yin and five zang-organs yang to dry up were raised. As a result, essential of therapy of CHD was regulating the qi flowing, including regulating qi deficiency, qi function and the pathological products such as phlegm, blood stasis and water. Regulating qi flowing by stage ran through the whole process of therapy about CHD.
